The terms and conditions of this Agreement are the rules, terms and conditions and revisions relating to matters related to the mobile application and website services ("Services") of [LuluLive] (the "Application" or the "Application") and your use of the Services, which are subject to periodic revisions.
If you have any questions about any of the terms and conditions hereof, or if you wish to send us a notice relating to this Agreement, please contact us by email.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please immediately stop using and uninstall [LuluLive].

service condition:
a. You must be at least 18 years of age;
b. You are not subject to our restriction of "not being able to use the services provided by [LuluLive]".
Under no circumstances may minors under 18 download or use our services. Our platform is exclusively accessible to individuals with full legal capacity. We do not intentionally collect or maintain information from children under 18. Should you access or use this application by providing false age information, both you and your guardian shall bear corresponding legal liabilities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations; LuluLive shall be exempt from any legal consequences.
Please note that if you cannot understand or agree with the terms of service outlined in this agreement, do not uninstall or use any services provided by [LuluLive]. By using this app, registering an account, or accessing any features and services, you agree to receive and comply with the following terms, thereby becoming a party bound by these agreement terms.
[LuluLive] enables real time streaming media distribution with integrated chat and voice interaction features. Users can overlay [LuluLive] images, stickers, virtual items, and other interactive elements onto content for seamless sharing. It's important to note that opinions expressed by other users through the platform (including virtual gift usage) do not represent our official stance or values.
You hereby declare and warrant that: You have published content on the mobile app and website, or otherwise authorized the licenses specified in this section, and that such content does not infringe upon any individual's privacy rights, promotional rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to pay all royalties and fees to any party arising from any content you publish on the mobile app and website.
Users shall not distribute on this application any offensive, insensitive, disturbing, disgusting, tasteless or simply creepy content. For example:
Endangered Children: We do not allow any content that is sexually explicit to minors under the age of 18, including but not limited to content that promotes pedophilia or inappropriate interactions with minors.
CSAM: Creating and distributing child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) constitutes a heinous crime, and we are committed to combating the distribution of CSAM. For the purposes of this policy, children refer to any individual under the age of eighteen (18). We maintain a zero tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse materials on our platform, as well as those who create, distribute, seek, or consume CSAM. Any content featuring or depicting children is strictly prohibited on our platform and will be considered a serious violation of our terms of service. All identified or reported child sexual abuse materials will be immediately removed. We will report all verified cases of child sexual abuse materials to local police or other law enforcement agencies as required by law, and account holders involved in distribution will have their accounts deleted.
Sexual and Obscene Content: We are committed to providing users with a safe and healthy online environment. You must not upload, publish, transmit, perform, or store any content deemed sexual or obscene, including pornographic material or any content intended to satisfy sexual desires. Below are examples of common violations:
Hate speech: Hate speech is any form of expression by a speaker intended to denigrate, humiliate or incite hatred against a group or category of people on the grounds of race, religion, colour, sexual identity, gender identity, national origin, disability, nationality or any other characteristic associated with systematic discrimination or marginalization.
Violence: Description of actual violence or threat of violence against any person, or encouragement of illegal or reckless use of weapons and dangerous substances, or facilitating the purchase of firearms or ammunition.
Terrorist content: Any message, text, sound, image, code or other data or material that incites or promotes the commission of a terrorist crime, promotes the activities of a terrorist organization or provides instructions and techniques for the commission of a terrorist crime will be defined as terrorist content.
Bullying and harassment: Bullying and harassment are acts designed to humiliate or intimidate individuals, such as bullying victims of international or religious conflicts, trying to exploit the content of others, including extortion, blackmail, etc., publishing content to publicly humiliate someone.
We reserve the right to independently investigate any individual who posts restricted or inappropriate content through this app and take appropriate legal action, including but not limited to removing the content from the service and suspending the offender's membership. We also encourage you to help us improve our services by reporting such content through the APP's reporting feature or contacting us via our customer service email.
You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not include in the personal information of members who are publicly accessed any phone number, street address, surname, URL, or user name from any social platform or email address.
If you abuse this service or act in ways we deem inappropriate or illegal, we reserve the right to investigate, suspend and/or terminate your account, including actions occurring outside the service but involving user behavior or communications you encountered through it. Below is a partial list of types of activities you may not engage in related to this service. You will not:
While we strive to encourage respect for user experience, we assume no responsibility for any actions taken by users within or outside the service. You agree to exercise caution in all interactions with other users. You should not disclose financial information (e.g., credit card or bank account details), wire transfers, or other payment methods to other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We reserve the right to monitor disputes between you and other members, but have no obligation to intervene.
You must not engage in any spam related activities on our platform. Violations of this policy may result in immediate service termination and legal action against spammers. Therefore, you are prohibited from uploading, publishing, sending emails, transmitting, or otherwise providing spam content, commercial advertisements, or any form of commercial solicitation through our services. Breaching this policy may subject you or your agents to civil and criminal penalties.
In addition to these terms, you must also comply with Lulu Live's Privacy Agreement, which governs how we collect, store and use your personal information when using Lulu Live.
Some of our services and features may have additional terms specific to their use, and we will update this Agreement and notify you voluntarily, and you must comply with such additional terms when using such services and features and such terms.
We may translate this Agreement into multiple languages and in the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these terms and any other language version, the English version shall prevail.
If we identify significant risks associated with your account, we reserve the right to freeze or suspend it. You agree that all information submitted during account creation, including data from your Google account, is accurate and truthful. You retain the right to publish content on the platform and grant permissions to [LuluLive]. You acknowledge and consent that we may monitor or review any content you post as part of the service. We may remove any content in whole or in part that we deem to violate these terms or potentially damage the platform's reputation.
You agree that we, our affiliates and third party partners may place advertisements on the Services. By submitting suggestions or feedback about our services to us, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
You agree that we may access, preserve and disclose your account information and content if required by law or in good faith that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary, for example:
(1) Comply with legal procedures;
(2) Perform this Agreement;
(3) Respond to any claim that any content infringes the rights of a third party;
(4) Respond to your customer service requests;
(5) Protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company or any other person.
LuluLive, operated and managed by SELAMU TAMURU, is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and strictly regulated interactive environment for all users. This Child Safety Standards document is a publicly available policy that clearly establishes a zero-tolerance stance toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), applies to all users and the content they publish, and ensures full alignment with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy. The platform strictly prohibits any pornographic or sexually suggestive content involving minors, sexual solicitation, coercion or manipulation, attempts to obtain or exchange nude or sensitive images or personal information, sexually suggestive communication or other inappropriate interactions with minors, as well as any behavior that attempts to guide minors into inappropriate activities. All violations will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
LuluLive is exclusively available to users aged 18 and above and implements age verification measures. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be immediately restricted or banned. The platform employs a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to continuously oversee real-time video, text chats, user-uploaded images and videos, and any behavior that may involve minors. High-risk or suspicious content will be promptly removed and escalated or reported as necessary. Users may report CSAE-related content or behavior, suspected use of the platform by minors, or actions that lure or exploit minors. Serious reports will be prioritized, and initial feedback is typically provided within 24 hours.
The platform explicitly prohibits inappropriate contact with children, sexual grooming, sexualization of minors, sexual extortion, and child trafficking. Violating content will be immediately removed, and offending accounts may be suspended or permanently banned, with device-level bans imposed where necessary. Any CSAE-related activities will be promptly reported to law enforcement, and the platform reserves the right to pursue further legal action against serious violators. SELAMU TAMURU commits to continuously maintaining and publicly updating these standards to ensure strict compliance with Google Play policies and relevant child protection laws, while strengthening platform safety governance to provide a lawful, trustworthy, and secure environment for all users.
Dear users, we attach great importance to the privacy protection of minors. In accordance with the minors safety policy of the distribution platform, we refuse to provide services, data collection and marketing to users under the age of 18.
We attach great importance to the healthy growth of minors and hope to work with you to protect them. There are two ways for you to join us in this task:
(1) Complaints in "feedback" in the Settings of the application;
(2) Contact us through customer service email.
Our specific measures are as follows:
We do not intentionally collect, store or process any information about users under the age of 18, including but not limited to their names, addresses, emails, contact information, device identifiers, location data and any information that can identify individuals.
If we discover or are notified that a user under the age of 18 has provided personal information, we will take the following actions immediately, including but not limited to:
a. Immediately delete the relevant data and completely remove it from the server or database;
b. Block accounts related to products and individuals to prevent further access and use of the application;
c. Notify the user that his/her account has been closed and the data has been closed;
d. Refuse the user to further attempt registration and prevent the possibility that the user will continue to provide personal information.
We continuously strive to enhance our services and introduce additional features that you may find useful. This means we may periodically add new features or enhancements while removing some functions. If these changes do not significantly impact your rights or obligations, we may not notify you beforehand. In extreme cases where we might completely suspend services, we will notify you in advance unless justified by security or safety concerns. You may terminate your account at any time for any reason. Should we deem you in violation of this agreement, we may terminate your account without prior notice.
The membership will be invalid if prohibited. By using the mobile app, website, or service, you hereby declare and warrant that all registration information submitted is true and accurate. You further declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of this service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. If your age is found to be falsified, your personal profile may be deleted without prior notice. Your membership is for your personal use only. You must not authorize others to use your account, including your personal profile or email address. You are solely responsible for all content (including emails) posted or displayed through your account, as well as interactions with other members.
When you purchase or receive virtual currency products (such as gold coins), you do not own them. Gold coins are used for video, text chat, etc. You agree that we will not be liable to you based on our exercise of rights over gold coins and other virtual currencies. We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility to use virtual currencies.
We shall not be liable for repairing or replacing virtual currency, nor shall we provide any credit or refunds for losses or damages caused by service errors or other reasons. Purchased virtual currency is non transferable, non refundable, and non permitting, even if they expire, are revoked, or cease production. We may periodically adjust the purchase price of virtual currency and modify its usage terms. We reserve the right to revoke or terminate the issuance of virtual currency at any time without prior notice, refund, or compensation, and may set expiration dates. Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for any monetary value. If you delete your account or your account is terminated for any reason, you will forfeit all accumulated and unused virtual currency without refunds or other compensation. You agree that we shall not be held liable for any actions we take in exercising our rights related to virtual currency.
Any virtual currency purchased or received by a user does not constitute property and is not transferable.
The paid services of [LuluLive] can be purchased through your third party accounts, such as your Google Play account ("third party account"). If you purchase any paid services through a third party account, the billing for these services will be displayed through your third party account. You should review the terms of service for your third party account, as we do not control these terms.
During the payment process, you have completed the transaction. There is a possibility that our backend system may not immediately detect the "paid" status or related information due to network issues or other technical factors, which may delay cryptocurrency exchange processing. If you have any concerns about this situation, please contact us via email to discuss your request.
This Agreement shall remain fully effective during your use of the mobile applications, websites, and/or services. We may terminate your membership at any time due to your breach of this Agreement without prior notice. If your membership is terminated, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused virtual currency (gold coins) (if applicable). This Agreement shall remain valid even after your membership is terminated. Our terms of service and/or subscription fees (if applicable) may change as necessary. By using the services and becoming a member, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to charge service fees and terminate your membership if you violate this Agreement or fail to pay required service fees when necessary. Standard usage charges for SMS or other data services may apply and may be billed from your wireless service bill or deducted from your prepaid balance.
We shall not be liable for any incorrect or inaccurate content published on mobile applications and websites, or for any content related to the services provided, whether caused by users of the mobile applications and websites, members, or any devices or programming related to or used for the services. We assume no responsibility for any actions taken by users or service members of the mobile applications and websites, whether online or offline. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, operational or transmission delays, communication line failures, theft or damage, unauthorized access, or modification of any user or member communications. Our services shall be responsible for any technical issues or failures arising from problems or traffic congestion on telephone networks or lines, computer systems, wireless phones or other devices, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, emails, players, or any combination thereof through the Internet or mobile applications and websites. This includes any harm or damage to users 'and/or members' computers resulting from participation in or downloading of materials related to mobile applications and websites and/or services. In no case shall we be held liable for losses or damages (including personal injury or death) caused by the use of mobile applications and websites, the content published or transmitted to members on these platforms, or any interactions between users of the mobile applications and websites (whether online or offline). Mobile applications, websites, and services are provided as is. The Service expressly disclaims any warranties regarding their applicability for specific purposes or absence of infringement. The Service neither guarantees nor promises any specific outcomes from using these applications, websites, or services. We assume no liability for third party advertisements published on or through the Service's mobile applications and websites, nor for the goods or services provided by their advertisers.
You agree that any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service, including but not limited to your or a third party's access to or use of our services, shall be settled by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre rather than through litigation in any court (except for small claims cases where the claim is within the jurisdiction of a court and filed individually). Claims must undergo arbitration regardless of their basis, whether seeking legal or equitable remedies. Arbitration applies to all such claims or disputes, whether past, present, or future. These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Services, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees free from any losses, liabilities, claims or demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, caused by any third party as a result of your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement.
Our service provides assistance and guidance through our customer service representatives. When communicating with our customer service representatives, you agree not to use abusive language, vulgar content, profanity, offensive remarks, gender discrimination, threats, harassment, racial slurs, or engage in inappropriate behavior. If we determine that your interactions with any of our customer service representatives or other employees are threatening or offensive at any time, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account.
We assure you that we will use reasonable and secure technology to support [LuluLive].
You assume all risks associated with using this application. We do not guarantee that our services will always be secure, reliable, or error free, nor do we warrant their continuous operation without interruptions, delays, or imperfections. We cannot guarantee that our services will fulfill your specific requirements, the accuracy of results obtained through our platform, or the quality of products, services, information, materials, or purchased features delivered via our services. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with downloading or accessing materials through our services. You shall be solely liable for any damage, whether direct or indirect, to your or others' devices caused by such downloads. Certain jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of such warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. Some warranty limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, warranties and liabilities shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
All intellectual property rights (including future updates, upgrades, and new versions of this application) shall remain with us. You may not use our intellectual property except as expressly provided in these terms. Specifically, you may not use our trademarks, product names, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand identifiers without our prior written consent. Any comments or suggestions you provide regarding this application are entirely voluntary. We reserve the right to freely utilize such feedback at our discretion, without requiring payment or assuming any obligations.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from this application, unless we expressly prohibit such actions under applicable laws and regulations, or unless you have obtained our prior written consent. If applicable laws and regulations permit reverse engineering or source code extraction, you must first contact us to obtain the required information.
We may provide updates to this application from time to time. These updates may be delivered automatically or manually. Please note that if you have not installed the upgrade or new version, the product application may fail to function properly or not work at all. We do not guarantee that we will provide updates for every application user, nor do we guarantee that such updates will continue to support your device or system.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your designated username and password during the registration process, and you assume full responsibility for all activities conducted under these credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of your username/password, any security breaches, and ensure that you log out of your account after each session.
If you have any dissatisfaction, objection or complaint against other users of [LuluLive], including any complaint or inquiry about the measures taken by you due to your use of [LuluLive], you should immediately submit such dissatisfaction or complaint to our designated customer service email address and provide us with all necessary information and/or documents so that we may attempt to resolve the problem.
Under no circumstances shall our services be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or penalty damages to you or any third party, including but not limited to loss of profits arising from your use of the mobile application, website, or services, even if we have been informed of such potential damages. Any liability our services may bear towards you for any reason, regardless of the form of litigation, shall remain strictly limited to the service fees paid by you during your membership period (if applicable).
We may change the terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you when such changes are made. You understand and agree that if you use the Service after the date of such changes, your use of the Service will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms of Service.
This Agreement is accepted when you use the mobile application and website, and becomes further confirmed upon your membership in the Service. This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and the Service regarding the use of the mobile application, website, and/or services. Failure to exercise or perform any rights or terms under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights or terms.
